Aluminum & Stainless Steel Eggcrate Louvers

Our products are engineered to the finest quality, offering economy in a wide range of sizes. The open air square grid pattern allows air to circulate freely, creating the ideal medium that combines light shielding , air control and aesthetics. Precision stamping gives our customers a choice of sizes ranging from 48″ to a maximum of 72″ 

Access door : Dual panel design for durable and agile assembly. Exterior and interior panels are pressed from galvanized mild steel, a fire resistant material with a range of 26 GA. (0.7mm) for 8 x 5, 12 x 6 and 18 x 10, and 22 GA. (0.8mm) for 21 x 14 and 25 X 17 sizes. The standard thickness is 1″ (25mm) nominal.

Insulation : Enclosed between the door panels is insulation, which has been incorporated to provide maximum fire protection as well as maintaining thermal and acoustic properties.

Seal :  The seal is extruded with a single welded seam to maximize contact while minimizing air leak between adjacent areas.
Frame : Double flanged, single pressed fit frame man-made from 24 GA. galvanized mild steel for all sizes.
Latches : Cam fastener and fastening clamps are made from zinc-plated steel, two sets for 8 x 5 and 12 x 6, four  sets for 18 x 10, six sets for 21 x 14 and 25 x 17.

Commercial Air Products’ 1/2″ Eggcrates are carefully packaged to avoid damages. We begin by packaging 12 panels in each heavy duty carton so the cartons will not crush easily. We stack the cartons and add the corner boards to hold and protect the cartons in place. Then we shrink wrap the cartons and corner boards to hold everything in place. Finally we band the shrink wrapped carton and corner boards to the pallet for additional safety and security.
